Colleen started her real estate career as a real estate attorney in New York for about 15 years.
She specialized in real estate law, representing many banks, builders, buyers, and sellers. She
also owned her own title insurance company. Before her two sons turned 5 years old, she and
her husband decided to move to Florida and she switched careers to teaching in order to have
more time with her children while they grew up. Colleen obtained her Florida real estate license
while teaching to flip homes and help family and friends with their purchases. Now that her
children are grown up and on their own, she has gone back to real estate sales in her retirement
years.
